Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Be accountable for the company's KPI’s
Lead and supervise the Finish Line Assembly Team to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards.
Work closely with other departments to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
Ensure and continuously improve a safe working environment for all by enforcing the Volgren Code of Conduct, Safety, Environmental, and PPE policies.
Maintain and improve 5S principles throughout workplace.
Lead and engage your team by example and performance to KPI’s.
Maintain on time delivery of buses to maintenance/service schedule
Seek smarter ways to service through continuous improvement initiatives.
Keep a clean and tidy workspace
Identify and defective items and handle according to established procedures
Follow all relevant safety guidelines and procedures
High level of problem-solving ability with focus on root cause elimination.
Results focused to achieve agreed company goals.
